I am in the process of rewriting the exit process for those who either are fired or resign. There is a procedure here but it is not consistent. I was wondering is anyone would be willing to share their exit checklist so that I can streamline the process here.

I created the Fan Page for Georgia Division and people seem to really like it. I have also add the "Link" button to our division page so when you visit our division site, www.iaap-georgia.org, and if you are logged in to Facebook, it will actually show you who all "Like" the page and show you their pictures.

IAAP-HQ actually provided a "how-to" to create a Facebook Fan Page so that all chapter and division fan pages are created very similarly (to continue the same brand image).

I have not seen any feedback on the Followers or Friends session on Wednesday. I was signed up to attend, but ended up attending another session at the last minute. If you attended, would you mind sharing the information from that session?  Our chapter is now looking into social media, and for my own personal knowledge as well I would like to know more about it.

I recently taught a class on developing a chapter social media marketing strategy. I posted the handouts in my Marie Herman's Words of Wisdom Document Library. There are several very important cautions in there, so read everything before starting or doing anything. some of the steps cannot be undone once they are done (such as the chapter site being tied to the facebook page of the individual who created it, permanently - I discuss this and how to work around it as well as other concerns).

Hope they help. Eventually I hope to create a step by step how to manual for chapters that will go through all this stuff, but that's low on the totem pole of my current projects.
